What we do...

Discover more about our range of services. We will update this page when services change or new services become available, but if you still can’t find what you’re looking for, please feel free to get in touch with us – we will be more than happy to see if we are able to help. there is no expected time frame for the sessions and all participants are free to attend as many or as few sessions as they wish all we ask is that everybody is treated with honesty and respect.

Forage for Knowledge ©

Our FFK session is based on the literal definition of foraging "to search" for knowledge, about ourselves, about each other, the world around us and our history so we explore local area such as woodland and other green spaces but also museums and other historical places to learn and expand our knowledge.

Community Gardening

We have been working with a small local resident group to help to maintain and improve their community garden space so not only can more residents start to enjoy the space but they can also try to help themselves through the cost of living crisis by growing their own food such as potatoes onions tomatoes and various fruits.

Hidden Eden Project

We started work on an unused pocket park with the view of turning it into a sensory space and wellbeing hub and have been work on it for a couple of hours every week with a group of 3 / 4 participants and we will continue to improve and maintain the space and also with other organisations run sessions to help with wellbeing  both physical and mental.

Keep it clean with CCCV

We Started a monthly litter-pick in Alexandra park in Hastings East Sussex. in partnership with Clean up UK, and the community clean up through Hastings Voluntary Action. Then after receiving a little funding we purchased our own equipment and still continue to do the litter pick.

Men Only Night Walk & Talk

We run a Men Only Walk and Talk session but to make it different from other sessions we chose to do the walk when we the men in our group felt the lowest, which was at the weekend and at night so we chose a Sunday night and then we chose to do it on the first and last Sundays of each month. it started slow but after a persistence  we feel it has really been helping.

Workshops and Events

We will be running workshops and events both on our own and in partnership with other great organisations all of these will be advertised on our Facebook page just as our other sessions.
